Welcome to the Green Card Marriage Interview app! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Green Card Marriage Interview app (the “App”), provided by Appelmans.net BV. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. General Use

2. Subscriptions

  1. Length of Subscription
    • Subscriptions are available on a monthly basis.
    • Subscribers will gain access to premium content, including:
      • Practice questions and flashcards
      • Personalized interview preparation tips
  2. Automatic Renewal
    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  3. Cancellation
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in the App Store or Play Store.
    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods.

  1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  2. Sharing your account or allowing unauthorized use of your account is prohibited.
  3. Appelmans.net BV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

  1. All content, features, designs, logos, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by Appelmans.net BV.
  2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written consent.

You agree not to:

  2. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease.

  1. Appelmans.net BV is not liable for any damages, including data loss, revenue loss, or profits, arising from your use of the App.
  2. The App is provided “as-is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.
